又称定向柱晶高温合金、定向凝同高温合金。通过定向凝固技术制备出晶界平行于主应力轴从而消除有害横向晶界的柱状晶粒的高温合金（DS或DZ合金）。有些定向柱晶高温合金中加入适量Hf提高横向性能，改善中温塑性和抗热裂性能。
