Explanation
Also known as directional columnar high-temperature alloy, directional solidification is the same as high temperature alloy. high temperature alloy (DS or DZ alloy) whose grain boundary is parallel to the main stress axis to eliminate harmful columnar grains of transverse grain boundary is prepared by directional solidification technology. In some directional columnar high-temperature alloy, the addition of appropriate amount of Hf improves the transverse properties, medium temperature plasticity and hot cracking resistance.
