Also known as phosphorus persimmon lanthanide mine. Island structure silicate mineral. Lanthanide elements are often replaced by cerium in a homogeneous manner, and Th, Y, U, Ca, Si, and S are also used to replace Ce. The crystal is in the form of a small plate, and often becomes twin according to (100). Brownish red, yellow, and sometimes yellow green in color. Greasy luster. The cleavage (100) is complete. Mohs hardness is 5-5.5, brittle, and density is 4.9-5.5g/cm3. Often radioactive. It mainly occurs in granite, pegmatite and related post hydrothermal deposits.
