A kind of agent that is compatible with propellant matrix adhesive. It penetrates into the surface of propellant to make its combustion speed change with the thickness, so as to improve the ballistic performance. Common deterrent include camphor, stabilizer, dibutyl phthalate, dinitrotoluene, etc.
