Explanation
Also called foaming agent or foam agent, it refers to a kind of additive that can make plastics and rubber form a cellular structure. They can produce a large amount of gas under specific conditions, making plastics and rubber form a porous structure. The foam products formed by it have the characteristics of light weight, good heat insulation, sound insulation and good mechanical damping, mainly including physical foaming agent and chemical foaming agent.
