Explanation
Also known as a hybrid semiconductor. The carrier concentration and conductivity type in semiconductors depend on the concentration of intentionally doped dopants. The n-type semiconductor is obtained by doping donor, while the P-type semiconductor is obtained by doping acceptor impurity.
