Explanation
The steel is quenched into cooling medium whose temperature is slightly higher than Ms point after being heated and austenitized. When the workpiece temperature is basically uniform and the structure is still retained as austenite, it is quickly transferred to another cooling medium to cool to room temperature, which is a heat treatment process to transformation austenite into martensite.
