Explanation
The technology of accurately controlling the neutral molecular beam intensity provided by the evaporation source under ultra-high vacuum conditions and epitaxial film formation on the substrate. MBE belongs to vacuum vapor exposition, but it is also a new crystal growth method because it realizes the process of strictly controlling the layer by layer growth according to the atomic layer.
