high temperature alloy produced by powder metallurgy. Due to the serious segregation of the high alloying high temperature alloy ingot and the poor hot working performance, it is difficult to form it with the traditional casting forging process. The powder metallurgy process is used to make high alloy hard to wrought superalloy into fine powder under vacuum or inert gas protection, and then compact the molding materials or parts blanks. Because of its fine grains, light segregation, uniform composition, and good hot working performance, its mechanical properties show that the yield strength and fatigue properties are greatly improved.
