Explanation
Bismuth superconductor, superconductor critical temperature 25-34K. The crystal structure is perovskite type, the carrier type is electronic type (n-type), and the carrier density is 1021 electrons per cubic centimeter. It can be prepared by salt dissolving method and sol gel method.
