Explanation
The cross section of the fiber contains two or more polymer fibers that are not phase mixed. The composite fiber shall be spun with a special composition spinning machine by wet process or melt method. Two different polymer or the same polymer with different molecular weights (or polymer solutions or melts with different compositions and ratios) are formed into two streams, which converge close to the inlet of the spinneret hole and extrude and solidify from the same spinneret hole to form composite fibers.
