Explanation

It refers to dissolving polymer to prepare spinning stock solution that meets the requirements of dry spinning. After filtering, heating and other pre spinning preparations, it is extruded from the spinneret through the metering pump. The squeezed stock solution trickles into the spinning tunnel. Under the action of the hot air flow in the tunnel, the solvent in the stock solution volatilizes rapidly and is taken away by the hot air flow, so as to curing, shape, stretch and refine to form as-spum fiber.
