Explanation
It is used to make engineering structural steel plates for gathering and transmission of oil and gas fields and oil and gas transmission pipelines. Our national standards GB21237-2007 and GB/T14164-2013 clearly stipulate the technical requirements of pipe line steel wide and thick steel plate and wide steel strip respectively, and the initial L is used to indicate pipe line steel wide and thick steel plate.
