Explanation
Epitaxial wafers are thin films grown on a single crystal substrate. Their atomic arrangement is the same or similar to that of the substrate. In the production of epitaxial silicon wafer by chemical vapor deposition, the more the number of H atoms in the silicon source, the silicon can be generated at a lower reaction temperature.
