A state function in a thermodynamics system. The definition formula of enthalpy (H) is: H=U+pV, that is, the sum of the product of the internal energy (U) of a system, the volume (V) of the system and the pressure (p) of the system dragged by the outside. The physical meaning of enthalpy can be understood as the heat absorbed by the system is equal to its enthalpy increment under the special condition of isobaric reversible process and only volume work.
