It is a method of preparing polymer foamed materials by chemical reaction of some components in plastics mixed raw materials under specific temperature and pressure to generate foaming gas. The foaming process generally needs to go through several stages, including the formation of bubble core, bubble core expansion, and curing and shaping of the foam body.
