The general term for the energy and working fluids carried by rocket aircraft themselves. The kinetic energy converted from energy into working fluid in a rocket engine without relying on external air conditions is discharged through a high-speed airflow formed by the nozzle, resulting in a reaction force. It can also be referred to as the material that generates rocket engine thrust. Chemical rocket propellant is composed of oxidizer, incendiary composition and some functional additive. It can be a single substance or a mixture.
