It refers to the relationship between the intensity of a certain luminescence spectral line and spectral band of a luminescence materials or the luminescence efficiency and the wavelength of the excitation light when the materials is excited by light of different wavelengths. According to the excitation spectrum, the range of excitation light wavelength required for luminescence of the luminescence materials can be determined, and the optimal excitation light wavelength can be determined when the intensity of a luminescence spectral line is the largest.
