Explanation

It refers to a processing method in which the material is formed through the combined action of the extruder barrel and the rotating screw. While being heated and plasticized, the material is pushed forward by the screw, and is continuously formed through the machine head and fixed in the shaping device to produce continuous products or semi-finished products of various cross-sections. According to the different plasticizing methods of materials, extrusion molding process can be divided into dry process and wet process.
