Explanation
Also called battery effect, lazy battery effect or battery memory. When Ni Cd battery or NiMH battery is not fully charged and discharged for a long time, the battery gradually loses its maximum storage capacity, and cell capacity remains at a low capacity state. This phenomenon is called battery memory effect.
