Explanation
It refers to a kind of dry film adhesive that can make the adherends stick together under the action of hot pressing. Generally, it can be divided into two categories according to the use, one is used as resin matrix of composite materials, and the other is used as adhesive for bonding process. As a resin matrix, there are two forms. The first is the adhesive film used for mtting prepared prepreg in the hot pressing molding process The second is the adhesive film used for resin infiltration in the liquid forming process. The preparation methods of adhesive film usually include calendering, tape casting and continuous mechanical coating. adhesive film for resin matrix is made of various thermosetting resin systems, such as epoxy resin system, phenolic resin system, etc. The film materials for adhesive include thermoplastic resin such as acrylate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyurethime, and thermal resin systems such as epoxy resin. adhesive film has been widely used in aerospace composite materials structures and parts bonding.
