Explanation
The early vulcanization of rubber compounds in mixing, calendering or extrusion operations, as well as in the storage process before vulcanization, is the phenomenon of crosslinking starting from linear molecules. It is also called early vulcanization, which is manifested as gel in rubber slurry and latex.
