An alkaline overfill rock. Originally seen in the Kimberley region of Africa, it is named after it. Formerly known as breccia mica peridotite, it is one of the main igneous rocks producing diamonds. The mineral composition is relatively complex, and the primary minerals include olivine, phlogopite, magnesium aluminum garnet, ilmenite, apatite, rutile, diamond, etc.
