The Chinese product name is polypropylene. polypropylene is made by polymerization of propylene. polymerization methods are different. The regularity of macromolecular chains is not good. atacticpolypropylene cannot be used to make fibers. isotactic polypropylene is the raw material for making polypropylene fibers. polypropylene fiber includes multifilament, staple fiber, non-woven fabric, mane, flat filament and split fiber. The macromolecule structure of polypropylene fiber is regular, and methyl groups are regularly arranged along the main chain of carbon atoms in a spiral shape, with good crystallinity. There are five crystal structure. isotactic polypropylene adopts coordination anion oriented polymerization, and polymerization methods include slurry polymerization, gas phase polymerization, solution polymerization and bulk polymerization. polypropylene flat filament can be used as packaging materials, which has good corrosion resistance, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance. polypropylene split fiber is mainly used for making ropes.
