A sedimentary rock rich in phosphate minerals. According to the phosphorus content, it can be divided into three types: phosphorus bearing sedimentary rock, plwsphate rock and phosphorite. Phosphorite has the highest industrial value. The main mineral composition of plwsphate rock is microcrystalline apatite, such as fluorapatite, fine-grained apatite and collophane. Impurities often include sand, silty sand, clay, caldte and glauconite. The genetic types include mechanical precipitation, chemical or biochemical precipitation, biological processes, secondary and recrystallization, and other forms. The color is generally darker, mostly grayish brown, dark gray, or grayish black. It is the main raw material for extracting phosphorus, producing phosphate and phosphate fertilizer. Sugar production, ceramics, glass, textile, semiconductor, metallurgy, medicine and environmental protection departments all need to use them.
