Common mobility control agent are furoic acid, terephthalic acid, ammonium sulfate, etc. When the slurry is in the condensed state of the sintered film layer, the carrier in the film layer is bating and melted during the initial stage of sintering, resulting in secondary flow, resulting in cracks in the film layer after sintering. Therefore, mobility control agent is added to the slurry to control the secondary flow, that is, some additive are added to make the carrier sublimate continuously before melting to increase the viscosity. The application of mobility control agent in thick film slurry is not extensive, and it is only used in fine wire process with high requirements.
