Explanation
Measure the ability of coatings to form a flat, smooth and even film after flowing. The main method to reduce or eliminate film defects such as orange peel, brush mark and floating color is to add artificial leveling agent in coatings to properly reduce the surface tension of coatings and extend the leveling time of wet film to meet the film requirements.
