Sometimes variable afterglow green structure, variable afterglow volcanic structure, variable afterglow tuff structure, variable afterglow pore almond structure, variable afterglow pillow structure can be seen. The constituent minerals are chlorite, epidote, actinolite, albite feldspar, quartze, caldte, biotite, black hard chlorite, microcline, etc. It is metamorphosed from basic rock such as diahmse and basalt, or rock such as greywacke and ferruginous dolomitic marl with chemical composition equivalent to them. According to chemical composition, it can be divided into calcareous green schist, sodium green schist (spilite), etc. According to metamorphic warm pressing conditions and mineral assemblages, it can also be divided into albite epidote schist, caldte chlorite schist, quartze epidote schist, etc. It is often accompanied by minerals such as Au, Cu, S, Fe, etc. green schist itself can also be used as ornamental stones or building materials such as bonsai.
