Various specifications of practical devices including membranes and their supporting structures. Single or multiple components can be assembled into membrane separation devices for use in factories and laboratories. There are five types of membranes based on their form or arrangement. Tubular membrane module: the membrane is hose type, which is placed on the inside or outside of the pressure resistant perforated pipe. The porous pipe is made of sintering polyethylene, with a diameter of 12-24mm. One or more pipes are placed in the pressure resistant support pipe to form a tubular membrane module. The filling density of the membrane is less than 80m2/m3. plate and frame membrane module: it is composed of a membrane reinforced by its support materials, a porous support plate and a deflector. The two kinds of membranes with dense layers outward form a plate and frame element. After one or more elements are stacked, they are fixed by pressing plates and pull rods to form a plate and frame membrane module. The membrane filling density is 100-400m2/m3. Rolled membrane module: add a guide layer to the two kinds of membranes, seal the three sides into a bag, and then place a special grid on the membrane bag and wind it on the filtrate collection pipe. One or more of these roll elements are connected in series and put into a pressure resistant wide cylindrical container to form a roll membrane module. The membrane filling density is more than 900m2/m3. hollow fiber membrane module: bundle many hollow fiber into a bundle, place them in a pressure cylinder, seal the gap between hollow fiber wires at both ends with adhesive to form a hollow fiber membrane module, and obtain the module with different membrane area according to the diameter and length of hollow fiber wire filling module.
