Explanation
A method for making Nb3Sn superconducting wire rod; The method is to pre prepare Cu Nb composition bar with Cu as the center; Drill holes at the central Cu position, insert the Sn bar into the hole, and then process it into Cu/Nb Sn composition bar. During heat treatment, Sn first infiltrates into Cu after melting to form Sn Cu alloy, and then reacts with Nb through Sn Cu alloy to form Nb3Sn superconductor. The superconducting wire rod made by this method is called the internal Tin method Nb3Sn superconducting wire rod.
