Explanation
All aromatic polyphenylene ether sulfone without aliphatic C-C bond on the main chain of the molecule. The amber transparent particles were prepared by reacting ether disulfonyl chloride, biphenyl, and biphenyl monosulfonyl chloride in nitrobenzene or sulfolane solutions with FeCl3 as catalyst at 130 ℃ for 23 hours under nitrogen gas.
