Explanation
A paste suspension dispersion prepared by mixing polyvinylchloride paste with resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, filler, colorant, etc. Among them, plasticizer accounts for 30% -50%. When the amount of plasticizer is small, some volatile organic liquids (such as straight chain alkanes, alcohols, etc.) can be added to reduce their viscosity to facilitate construction. These liquids will escape during subsequent heating and melting to obtain products with higher hardness and strength. This type of paste is called organic plasticizer or diluted plasticizer paste (organosol).
