Explanation
A kind of linear polymer with repeated carbonate structure in macromolecule chain. It can be divided into aliphatic, fat aromatic and aromatic polycarbonate. Aliphatic polycarbonate is mainly prepared by the copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxy alkanes in the presence of metal complex catalysts.
