Explanation
It is called PP for short, which is a polymer made of propylene through addition polymerization. It is white waxy materials with transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6) n, and the density is 0. 89-0. 91g/cm3, flammable, with melting point of 164~170 ℃, bating at about 155 ℃, and operating temperature range of -30~140 ℃. Under 80 ℃, it can resist corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and various organic solvents, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation. polypropylene is a kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent performance. It is a colorless and translucent thermoplastic light general purpose plastics. It has chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechanical properties and good high abrasion resistance processing performance. It is widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical device, cars, bicycles, parts, transmission pipelines, chemical containers, and also used in food and drug packaging.
