Explanation
Also known as zinc blende structure. It is a kind of AB type compound crystal structure represented by cubic ZnS. It belongs to cubic crystal system, face centered cubic lattice, and space group F-43m, where atom B (such as sulfur) is located at the node of face centered cubic lattice, and atom A (such as zinc) is located at another set of such lattice positions, and the relative displacement of their body diagonals is one-to-one.
