Refers to a fiber with a very long continuous length, which is relative to staple fiber. In the process of chemical fiber manufacturing, the spinning fluid is extruded through the spinneret hole. In the spinning process, continuous filaments are formed by air cooling or solidification in a coagulation bath. The filaments formed by each spinning part are then processed by stretching, twisting, or false twisting deformation for further application. The fiber thus obtained has a length of several thousand meters and tens of thousands of meters, which is called synthetic filamem. Silk is a natural filamem. Filamem includes monofilament and multifilament. Synthetic filamem is widely used in the preparation of various garments, decorative fabrics and other industrial fields.
