Explanation
It is one of the common defects of plastics products, specifically, the shape of the product deviates from the shape of the mold cavity. Each particle on the same plane has different displacement due to the action of external force or white stress, so that it will no longer be on the same plane, that is, warpage is generated. It is because the shrinkage rate is different in each direction during the molding process. Uneven bending deformation of the product caused by uneven stress-strain distribution.
