Explanation
It is used to make high stress and high-quality cold drawing spring steel wire, also known as piano wire (YB/T5186-2006), for various strings and springs. It is made of standard piano wire wire rod (YB/T5100-1993) by cold drawing after lead bath quenching. It has very high tensile strength and elasticity limit. The tensile strength increases with the decrease of wire diameter, varying between 2110-3430MPa.
