Explanation
A lithography process additive. Used to remove impurities such as grease and particles before the photolithography process. In addition to rapidly and effectively removing impurities, cleaner is also required to avoid damaging the glass substrate under it. cleaner is generally alkaline aqueous solution containing surfactant. Surfactants are usually non ionic surfactants such as Pingpingjia, while bases are usually inorganic bases such as potassium hydroxide or organic bases such as ethanolamine and tetramethylammonium hydroxide. The production process mainly includes the proportional compounding, filtration, packaging, and other processes of various components.
