Explanation
The atomic segregation region of solute formed on certain specific crystal planes at the beginning of the supersaturated solid solution of some alloy. For example, Al Cu alloy is naturally aging and inserted at low temperature (<150 ° C). The segregation region of mace atoms formed by aging. Al Cu alloy is aging at low temperature. The first step of supersaturated solid solution decomposition is the segregation of copper atoms (solutes) on the (001) surface. A monatomic plane composed of pure copper atoms is formed - its diameter varies with aging temperature.
