Also known as superstructure. After the ordered transformation of the solid solution, different atoms in the lattice of the solid show an orderly crystal structure. Generally, the relative distribution of the constituent atoms of solid solution in its lattice is arbitrary. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the lattice, it still maintains the lattice of solvent components. Only the lattice constant has a certain change, but after transformation into ordered isomembrane, the atoms of each component will occupy the same position in the lattice respectively. As a result, two or more types of sublattices were formed. And new lattice spectral lines appear in its X-ray diffraction spectrum or neutron diffraction spectrum. It is called a superlattice spectrum.
