Explanation
A ceramics materials whose zero power resistance varies with temperature within the operating temperature range. thermosensitive ceramics are divided into: ① negative temperature coefficient thermistor ceramics, referred to as NTC thermosensitive ceramics; ② Positive temperature coefficient thermistor ceramics. PTC thermosensitive ceramics for short; ③ Critical temperature thermistor ceramics, referred to as CTK thermosensitive ceramics. The performance parameters of different plastic thermosensitive ceramics are different. Mainly used for making thermistors, temperature sensors, heaters, and current limiting components.
