Its molecule contains a soft part (soft link) with rubber elasticity, a cross-linking point equivalent to vulcanized rubber, and a molecular constraint component (hard link) to prevent plastic deformation. It refers to a class of macromolecule materials that can not only use the same processing machinery as thermoplastic plastics for rapid, effective and economical processing, but also display rubber elasticity at the service temperature (near room temperature). There are many kinds of thermoplastic elastomers, including styrene, polyolefin and polyurethime. Polyester TPE (TPEE), vinyl chloride, polyamide TPK (TPAE), thermoplastic rubber (TPF), melt processed TPE (MPR), etc. It is mainly used as a substitute for auto parts and rubber industrial products.
