One of the precision casting process methods, when using wax mold, is also called dislocation foundry. First, the fusible mold material is injected into the molding (mold) to make the investment mold, and then fusion welding is performed to form a group. The coatings prepared by refractory and high temperature resistant adhesive is coated. The coatings is sprayed with refractory particles and hardened into a shell. After repeated times, the mold shell consisting of multiple layers of refractory can be obtained. Quickly heat the mold shell to melt and flow out the mold material. After the shell is baked at high temperature, molten foundry alloy can be poured into the shell. After solidification, the casting with accurate size and good surface quality can be obtained. Commonly used to produce small and medium-sized thin-walled complex castings
