Explanation

Also known as deep drawing, it is a cold deformation processing method to place the metal sheet or strip in the space between the punch and the die, first press the unformed periphery with the wrinkle proof pressing plate, then apply force to the sheet with the punch, so that the materials within the compressed periphery will deform locally, thus making blind hole devices with large depth/diameter ratio.
