又称无腔造型铸造。用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料模造型，不需起模即可浇铸浇铸时，泡沫塑料受热燃烧、汽化.其位置由液态金属予以填充.冷却后即成和模样相同的铸件。由干不需起模，无分型面.且一般不需要用型芯.所以铸件尺寸较为精确，且无飞边毛刺等可省去大量的淸理工作。
