Explanation
A type of synthetic rubber in which the double bonds in its molecular structure are arranged in a cis arrangement, i.e. 1,4-arrangement. This arrangement makes cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber have very high elasticity and strength, which is one of the common rubber materials.
