Explanation
A synthetic fiber whose main chain of macromolecule is completely composed of carbon atoms. carbon chain fiber mainly includes polyethylene fiber (ethylene fiber), isotactic polypropylene fiber (polypropylene fiber), chlorofiber (polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer fiber), polyacrylonitrile fiber (acrylic fiber) and modacrylic fiber, formalized polyvinyl alcohol fiber (vinylon fiber) and fluorofibrc (polylctrafluorocthylone and its copolymer fiber). Carbon chain macromolecule generally consist of unsaturated hydrocarbons or their derivatives, which are polymerization by free radical chain reaction or ionic polymerization to generate polymers with pure carbon carbon bond in the main chain. carbon chain fiber is mainly used in chemical industry, building materials industry, agriculture, fishery and other fields.
