A kind of positive photosensitive imaging materials. Its typical products are the AZ series used as a positive photo induced anti turbidity agent and the zasd series used as a positive offset printing plate (PS plate). The basic principle of imaging is to decompose diazo compounds into nitrogen gas through light, which is then rearranged by molecules to form carboxylic acids under water conditions. Therefore, the illuminated part can be dissolved in a weak alkaline aqueous solution for imaging. The actual naphthoquinonediazide photosensitive materials in Yingzhou is formed by the reaction of diazo naphthoquinone compounds with linear phenolic resin or other alkali soluble macromolecule. Due to the above photochemical reaction in the exposed part, the alkali solubility is increased, so the light part will be dissolved together with the macromolecule during development. Naphthoquinonediazide photosensitive materials are widely used in photoresist, PS printing plate materials, holographic molding photographic materials, etc.
