It can prevent polymer materials from sticking to molds, improving productivity and product quality. releasing agent can be divided into internal releasing agent and external releasing agent. The internal releasing agent is directly added to polymer, and the external releasing agent is sprayed on the surface of the mold. In actual production, most of them use the method of adding releasing agent. External releasing agent can be divided into solution, paste and film, among which solution releasing agent includes polystyrene solution, polyvinyl alcohol solution, etc. The releasing agent for high-temperature molding of polymer is liquid or paste releasing agent containing silicon or fluorine. Silicon containing releasing agent is easy to migrate to the surface of polymer, which is not conducive to bonding and painting, so attention should be paid when using it. Paste like releasing agent has the advantages of low price, convenient use, good demoulding effect, etc., including silicone grease, ointment, paraffin, wax, etc. Sometimes, in order to obtain better demoulding effect, the two releasing agent are composition. Film and fabric releasing agent are suitable for parts with complex shapes, such as cellophane, polylctrafluorocthylone film, polyvinyl chloride film, polyester films, and glass fabric coated with fluorine containing polymer.
